Hi group, just introducing myself. First of, if anyone thinks I am weird. Thats true. ADD/ADHD Awareness your warned. Now that said, I really have a wide interest in photography and while there are still some fields to explore I notice that the technical side somehow seems to find it's full application in macro photography.
Thankfully I got into contact with some members that are helping me on my way and put up with me. Now I am on a level that I feel comfortable entering here and learn more about such evil things as determination and ultimate macro shooting and even maybe someday get initiated into the evilness of micro photography.

If this is a group about insects, why are there folders for animals, flowers, pics of cameras, and even people? Just curious. I have not seen this in any other groups so it made me wonder. 
The groups founder was interested in more than just insects. I believe he just wanted people who liked insects to get together and share their diversity as well as common interest.
Unfortunately the group didn't take off in the way he anticipated and soon after starting it he ceased contributing to or even visiting DA.

Sorry to hear that. There seems to be a lot of people here starting groups and leaving them. Some leaving them and leaving no one in charge of the group as well, so no one can make decisions for the group at all. Looks like Deviant Art would delete the groups that are not active instead of just leaving them.
